Rare Kenner Star Wars action figures mint on French 18-back L'Empire Contre-Attaque square card, made by Miro-Meccano in 1981. This partiular figure is a sample known as "Pilot Run", coming straight from the Miro-Meccano archives.
Blister is totally sealed.
Bubble is clear, and is excellent condition, with a slight crush on the upper right corner, and a few millimeter long slit on the lower right corner.
Card is in near perfect condition, with only a few veins, again barely noticeable.

What is a Pilot Run ? Before full production begins, toy manufacturers do a “Pilot Run.” This is a smaller scale production that allows to observe the entire manufacturing process and check its conformity. A pilot run is typically a mini mass production: instead of making, say, 5000 pieces straight away, you will make 100, then 500 to see how the production goes. If it goes well, then you will make 5000 pieces or more. You can see it like a testing production.
