Availability of items
Our catalog is updated in real time. That means that all items you see marked as “IN STOCK” are really in stock (excluding pre-order items, of course).
Condition of items
The condition of any item is as described on our website. Photos of items on our website are those of the actual item. What you see is what you'll get. Whenever a previously sold out item is back in stock, we update existing pictures to show its exact condition.
Careful packing of your orders
Because we are toy collectors ourselves, we have the greatest respect for our products and we know how condition is important for most collectors. All items are packed with the greatest care possible, to make sure they arrive in your hands in the same condition they leave ours.
Fast dispatch of your orders
We know nobody likes to wait forever for an order to arrive. That's why we always ship orders as soon as humanly possible. So we guarantee that any order placed before 4:00 p.m. (Paris hour – UTC+2 summer / UTC+1 winter) on week day is dispatched on that same day.
Real-time tracking of your orders
All our international shipments are sent out through “Colissimo Recommandé” (Registered Parcel Mail) with a real step-by-step tracking. Tracking number is provided, allowing you to know where is your parcel at any time.
Store pick-up orders ready within 30 minutes
Any “store pick-up” order is prepared within ½ hour following reception of payment. So it can be retrieved immediately in our store. And if you can't come pick-up your order quickly, no worry. We will keep it in our storage for you as long as necessary.
