Type : Here, a Valliante Rush car prototype and his driver (M. Vaillant) and co-driver (F. Cevert) made by Atlas Edtions for the Michel Vaillant Collection project in 2006. Only 4 or 5 1:43 scale models were released in test phase in the east of France, and have not experienced the expected success, Atlas gave up this project which was taken over by Altaya in 2010.
This prototype of the Valiant Rush measuring 43cm (17.2inch) and 23cm (9.2inch) for 2 both characters. realesed with many details (see images from Michel Vaillant Rush album), this size will be reduced in 1:43 scale in final production (4.3x less). The characters have a less detailled sculpture due to their small final size in production... This prototype was presented at a Press Briefing (see photo) in "définive" scene with a journalist figure (not present here). Altaya Editions will publish later the Valliante Rush model in a different diorama scene (see photos). The condition of the UNIQUE PIECE is exceptional except some minor paint damages (see photos for details).
