And now, he is an action figure! After more than 8 months of development, 4 years of planning and over 25 years of daydreaming, the triumphant Lord of Destruction from the cult classic 1987 Masters of the Universe movie is now realized in an authentically-vintage-styled action figure!

This is Skeletor as he appeared towards the climax of the movie, when he finally obtains the Power of Grayskull! He is literally transformed into a Golden God.

FEATURES:

This custom figure features everything you'd expect from a Barbarossa Art Customs figure, and much, MUCH more! Over 50 components are required for one figure; including over 30 hand-cast resin/plastic pieces, a poseable fabric cape with imbedded wiring, dozens of jeweled details replicating the look of his regal movie costume and best of all, a vintage-MOTU-styled REMOVABLE helmet! And of course, his signature Havoc Staff "of power" serves as his weapon.

And what would the godly Skeletor be without a pair of powerful, blazing yellow eyes? His eyes are two super-bright LED's are imbedded in his head! Hand-soldered wiring concealed inside of the figure runs to the power-pack mounted on his pack. An on/off switch allows the lights to be activated and left on for amazing display options! The battery pack is accessible and the button-cell battery can be replaced.


CONSTRUCTION:

Golden God Skeletor is 100% cast by-hand in durable, color-tinted resin/plastic. His body parts (chest, back, arms, hands, legs, boots) feature a special metallic-gold tinting to give it a subtle metallic look. His armor components (chest armor, shoulder armor, bracers, etc.) are cast in resin, primed and painted with a quality metallic gold paint durable enough for normal handling. His staff handle is cast in a darker gold-tinted resin so there's no paint to scratch off.

This figure has been painstakingly created with careful attention to detail, while still remaining within the likely boundaries of what would have been part of a vintage action figure from the late 80's. He's articulated at the neck, shoulders, waist and thighs.

Golden God Skeletor comes mounted on a custom oversized deluxe card with a custom-made bubble. Available in extremely limited quantities in either Euro or US versions! Add this ultimate version of Skeletor to your collection while you can!
